As part of our coaching programmes we run a number of Inclusive multi-sports days.

Our experienced coaches work with children with special education needs or disabilities teaching them how to play and enjoy a variety of sports. Through the use of creative competitions, where winners are sometimes random and not always based on skill levels to creating activities where all players are involved, avoiding individuals being singled out can help make sure that everybody is made to feel part of the group.

Inclusive, non-contact sports are a great way to get your child active. All our games are structured, with clear rules that reflect the spirit of rugby’s core values to build their social, team, communication and motor skills.
